मी Salil Sandeep's "दमलेल्या बापाची ही कहानी" गाने ऐकले, खुप emotional गाने आहे . मला काय वाटले ते शब्दात सांगणे खुप कठिन आहे , जरी हे गाने मुलीला उद्देशून आहे तरी मुलगा असून पण मला खुप emotional and heart touching वाटला. शप्पत अंगावर काटा आला .

Worst day of my life as formula 1 FAN!!!!!!!!

Lot of people may not agree with me...
But certainly its worst day of my life as a F1 fan when Ferrari my dream company replaces Kimi with Alonso.
Alonso + Ferrari = BAD partenrship.
yes.... ferrari is my fev team but still i wont cheer up them if alonso is driving that car, these bad decisions are sinking their image.
I like Kimi and he is the best suitable candidate for ferrari.
I'm a true fan of Michael Shumacher and Ferrari. and when he left Ferrari what we truely believe is only kimi can replace him, and that was the best decision, Kimi loves racing, he drive cars for racing not for money and not for fame...he is truelly a loyal person.
Not saying that Alonso is not good...he is best at his place..but pairing with ferrari is kind of unimaginable.
And i think Ferrari mangment should consider this fact..
Drivers make team.
Ferrari was nothing for years before Michael Shumacher era.
He makes what Ferrari is today...
same in case of Aryton Senna. he made his teams, because of him f1 fans like those teams.

Well finaly i want to say Best luck Ferrari, and i will always wish good for Ferrari. and think twice... we are sad because you people are not following our heart. can not think bad about Ferrari.
But certainly i'll not follow Ferrari after 2009 sesson.


Kimi will always be Kimi...ICEMAN.....

you have the potential, chasm to change people around you.. you made maclaren fan fev, repeated same thing with Ferrari... and will do same for next team.


Really hard to say this but for the first time in my life as a F1 fan i need to choose another team.

Traditional Day !!!!!!!!!

Today is traditional day in my company, and for the first time i wear DHOTI and KURTA.
i really dont know how to wear a DHOTI so my friend Aditya help me for that.

Its really cool.. but my panic button is still ON....as its my first time. fingers are crossed so nothing should happen..

Never thought i could see him racing again. as a FAN i can not tell you people how happy i am,
my joy has no bounce. Just thinking of him racing again make me feel nostalgic, surely he will give some glimps of those golden days when we consider formula one as formula OWN

Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher is making a sensational return to Formula One, Ferrari announced on Wednesday.


The German motor racing legend, who retired in 2006, will replace injured Felipe Massa in the European Grand Prix in Valencia on August 23, and possibly for the remainder of the season.
"The Ferrari-Marlboro team plans to give Michael Schumacher Felipe Massa's car until the Brazilian returns to competition," Ferrari announced in a statement on its website.
The statement added: "Michael Schumacher says he is available and in the coming days he will pursue a specific programme of preparation at the end of which it will be possible to confirm his participation in the European Grand Prix."
Schumacher, 40, commented: "Ultimately I like challenges and this is a great challenge."
"The important thing is that Massa gets better," he continued, adding that he "just wanted to help the firm (Ferrari) when they needed it".
Schumacher's return was arranged at a meeting between him and Ferrari president Luca di Montezamolo at Ferrari's headquarters at Maranello on Wednesday morning.
News of Schumacher's comeback to the sport he virtually made his own came 24 hours after the possibility had first been raised by his spokeswoman, Sabine Kehm.
"The whole thing will be considered by Ferrari. If they approach Michael, then he will consider it," Kehm had said.
She added: "Usually, I would say he's not interested because he's fine with his life and he doesn't miss anything but now the situation is so different - it's very hypothetical - and Michael doesn't want to step into that (discussion)."
Schumacher, who is on Ferrari's pay roll as an advisor, will be filling in for Massa, who is recovering from surgery following his horrific high speed crash in qualifying for last weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
Only this month the 40-year-old had made it clear speaking at the German Grand Prix that he was not interested in making a full time comeback.
But the offer of a temporary return to the Ferrari cockpit obviously proved too much to resist for 'Schumi' who has recovered from a neck injury sustained in a motorcycle accident in February.

भारत निर्माण’ हे यंदाच्या अर्थसंकल्पाचे मुख्य आकर्षण. त्यावरच भर देऊन, अर्थसंकल्पाच्या आकडेमोडीत न जाता काही मूलभूत प्रश्नांवर व्यापक चर्चा व्हावी व सकारात्मक काही तरी घडावं अशा अपेक्षेने केला गेलेला लेख प्रपंच..केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री प्रणब मुखर्जी यांनी २००९-२०१० सालासाठीचा अर्थसंकल्प संसदेला सादर करून आज एक आठवडा उलटलेला आहे. दरवर्षीप्रमाणे गेली साठ वर्षे अशा चर्चेत, सरकारी पक्ष अर्थसंकल्पाची स्तुती करतो, विरोधी पक्ष त्याच्या विरोधात बोलतो, मोठे उद्योगपती अर्थमंत्र्यांच्या गुड बुकमध्ये राहण्यासाठी त्याला गुड म्हणतात. सामान्य माणसं वृत्तपत्रांत काय काय वस्तू स्वस्थ होणार याची यादी तपासून बघतात. यापलिकडे काहीही घडत नाही. काल झालेल्या लोकसभा निवडणुकीत आपण तरुण खासदारांना निवडून दिलं, पण त्यातला एकाही खासदार अर्थसंकल्पावरील चर्चेत भाग घेताना दिसला नाही, ही फारच निराशाजनक गोष्ट आहे. अशा या गदारोळात मराठी माणसांसाठी चांगलं काय घडलं असेल तर मी म्हणेन की सर्व इंग्रजी खासगी वृत्तवाहिन्यांपेक्षा मराठी वृत्तवाहिन्यांवरची (आणि मराठी वृत्तपत्रांतीलही) अर्थसंकल्पाविषयीची चर्चा आणि विश्लेषणं फारच उच्च दर्जाची होती. खास करून बजेट जितके मोठय़ा उद्योगपतींसाठी असते तितकेच ते सामान्य माणसांसाठीसुद्धा असते अशा जाणीवेने त्यांनी चर्चा केली म्हणून आपण त्यांचं कौतुक करायला पाहिजे. पुढील वर्षी अर्थसंकल्पाच्या निदान एक आठवडाआधी अशी चर्चा सुरू व्हावी अशी अपेक्षा आहे.‘भारत निर्माण’ हे यंदाच्या अर्थसंकल्पाचे मुख्य आकर्षण, म्हणून अर्थसंकल्पाच्या आकडेमोडीत न जाता काही मूलभूत
प्रश्नांवर व्यापक चर्चा व्हावी व सकारात्मक काही तरी घडावं अशी अपेक्षा आहे, म्हणून हा लेख प्रपंच. ग्रामीण आणि शहरी भागातील वाढती दरी कमी करण्यासाठी ‘भारत निर्माण’ ही संकल्पना पंतप्रधान मनमोहन सिंग यांनी २००५ साली मांडली. या संकल्पनेत ‘बेरोजगारी’ हे आज देशापुढील सर्वात मोठे आव्हान आहे, म्हणून यंदाच्या अर्थसंकल्पात राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार हमी योजनेवर ३९ हजार १०० कोटी रुपये खर्च होणार आहेत. पंतप्रधान सडक योजनेसाठी १२ हजार कोटी, तर खेडय़ापाडय़ात लाखो बेघर लोकांना डोक्यावर छप्पर देण्यासाठी इंदिरा गांधी आवास योजनेसाठी सात हजार कोटी व राजीव गांधी ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण योजनेसाठी सात हजार कोटींची तरतुद करण्यात आली आहे. त्याचबरोबर जवाहर नागरी पुननिर्माण मिशन (जीन्युआरेम)साठी १२ हजार कोटी रुपयांची तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. याविषयी पुढे जाण्यापूर्वी २००१ ते २००८ पर्यंत देशात राबवलेल्या फक्त दोनच योजनांचं काय झालं ते पाहणं गरजेचं आहे.१. सर्वशिक्षा अभियानावर २००१-२००८ पर्यंत ६० हजार कोटी खर्च झाले, तरी पण ५०% पेक्षा जास्त मुलं इयत्ता आठवीनंतर शाळेत जात नाहीत.२. राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार हमी योजनेवर २००६-२००९ पर्यंत ४४ हजार चारशे ऐंशी कोटी खर्च झाले. प्रत्येक नागरिकाला किमान १०० दिवस रोजगार देण्याचं उद्दिष्ट असताना फक्त ४८ दिवसांचा रोजगार तो पण फक्त ५०% लोकांनाच विविध राज्य सरकारे देऊ शकली.पुढील काही वर्षात कोटय़वधी रुपये देशाच्या सामान्य जनतेच्या नावाखाली सरकारी विविध योजनांवर खर्च होणार आहेत. प्रश्न किती कोटींची तरतूद केली याचा नाही, तर प्रश्न असा आहे की, इतकी मोठी रक्कम देशाच्या शेवटच्या माणसापर्यंत खरोखरच पोहोचणार आहे का? ज्या राजीव गांधींच्या नावाने हजारो कोटी रुपये खर्च होणार आहेत, त्यांनीच एकदा असं म्हटलं होतं की रुपयातील फक्त १५ पैसेच सामान्य माणसाच्या हातात पडतात व ८५ पैसे मधले दलाल गायब करतात. कालच्या लोकसभा निवडणुकीत देशाने पुन्हा काँग्रेसला पुढील पाच वर्षे राज्य करायला मोकळीक दिली आहे, याचं भान ठेवून ते काम करतील ही माफक अपेक्षा आहे. प्रणब मुखर्जी हे अनुभवी राजकारणी आहेत. खरं तर तेच देशाचे पंतप्रधान झाले असते! म्हणून २५ वर्षानंतर पुन्हा अर्थसंकल्प सादर करताना ‘भारत निर्माण’ व करोडोंची बरसात करण्यापूर्वी गेल्या ६० वर्षात आपण अशा योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीत नेमकं कुठे चुकलो याचं कठोर परीक्षण होणं गरजेचं होतं. निदान अपयशाच्या मागची कारणं शोधण्याचा प्रश्नमाणिक प्रयत्न त्यांनी करायला हवा होता. आणि पुढच्या वाटचालीसाठी प्रश्नथमिकता ठरवून देशाला योग्य मार्गदर्शन करायला हवं होतं. काल त्यांनी पुरती निराशा केली असं म्हणणं चुकीच ठरणार नाही. खर्च होणाऱ्या कोटय़वधी रुपयांतला प्रत्येक रुपया हा महत्त्वाचा आहे, असं जोपर्यंत आपल्या अर्थमंत्र्यांनाच वाटणार नाही तोपर्यंत हजारो कोटींच्या अशा अर्थसंकल्पीय तरतुदीचं कौतुक करण्यात काय अर्थ आहे?‘अलिप्त दृष्टिकोनातून’ हे माजी अर्थमंत्री पी. चिदंबरम यांनी लिहिलेले पुस्तक नुकतेच प्रसिद्ध झाले आहे. त्यात ते म्हणतात, ५६ वर्षे झाली तरी लोकांच्या मागण्या, मूलभूत सुविधा-पाणी, वीज, रस्ते यांवरच केंद्रित होतात ही गोष्ट अतिशय दु:खदायक आहे. त्यांच्या मते सरकारी निर्णयप्रक्रियेत अक्षम्य दिरंगाई होते- मग ती धोरणांच्या बाबतीत असो की कार्यक्रमांच्या किंवा प्रकल्पांच्या. त्याचबरोबर अर्थसंकल्पात योग्य तरतूद नसणे, माणसांच्या बदल्या होणे, आराखडय़ांची पुनर्रचना करणे आणि विवाद्य मुद्दे (अर्थात कोर्ट-कचेऱ्या) उपस्थित करणे ही दिरंगाईची मुख्य कारणं आहेत. भारतात अपूर्ण रहिलेल्या प्रकल्पांमध्ये जवळजवळ एक लाख कोटी रुपये गुंतवले गेले आहेत, त्यात जलसिंचन, रेल्वे, वीज आणि इमारती आहेत असं त्यांच्या वाचनात आलं आहे असं ते म्हणतात. त्यांच्या मते कोणतेही मंत्रालय अभ्यासपूर्वक काम करत नाही. प्रत्येक पातळीवर निर्णयप्रक्रियेमध्ये बाह्य गोष्टींचे दडपण येत असते. एक माणूस प्रकल्प संकल्पना आणि आराखडा तयार करतो, दुसराच त्याला मंजुरी देतो, मग तिसरा, चौथा, पाचवा.. असे अनेक लोक त्या प्रकल्पाची अंमलबजावणी होईपर्यंत बदलून जातात आणि शेवटी येणारा माणूस प्रकल्पांच्या पूर्णत्वाचे श्रेय तरी घेतो किंवा त्याच्या अपयशाचा धनी होतो. त्यांच्या मते जिल्हा पातळीवरील संपूर्ण व्यवस्थापन यंत्रणा नोकरशहांच्या हातात असते. त्याला पर्यायी व्यवस्था निर्माण करण्यासाठी विचार करायचीवेळ आली आहे. गेली पाच र्वष चिदंबरम हेच अर्थमंत्री होते पण त्यांनी वरील गोष्टींचा किती पाठपुरावा केला हा संशोधनाचा विषय होऊ शकतो!याच पाश्र्वभूमीवर गेल्याच महिन्यात मोठा गाजावाजा करीत आपल्या पंतप्रधानांनी देशाच्या कॉर्पोरेट जगातील ‘बिग बॉस’ इन्फोसिस टेक्नॉलॉजीचे सहअध्यक्ष नंदन निलकेणी यांची देशाच्या प्रत्येक नागरिकास एक अनोखे ओळखपत्र देण्यासाठी स्थापन केलेल्या ‘युनिक आयडेंटिफिकेशन अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया’च्या प्रमुखपदी नियुक्ती केली व त्यांना कॅबिनेट मंत्रिपदाचा दर्जादेखील बहाल केला. कालच्या अर्थसंकल्पात अशा ओळखपत्रासाठी १२० कोटींची तरतूद केलेली आहे. म्हणजे जिथे साधं ओळखपत्र देण्यासाठीसुद्धा जर देशाला खासगी क्षेत्रातली व्यक्ती लागत असेल तर कोटय़वधी रुपयांच्या मोठमोठय़ा प्रकल्पांचं आव्हान आपली सरकारी यंत्रणा कसे पेलणार? अशा स्वरूपाच्या सरकारी योजनेबरोबर आर्थिक संकटांशी मुकाबला करणाऱ्या ‘एअर इंडिया’ला सावरण्यासाठी टाटा ग्रुपचे अध्यक्ष रतन टाटा यांची नियुक्ती एअर इंडियाचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून होणार आहे अशी बातमी आहे. १९८७ साली स्व. राजीव गांधींनी सॅम पित्रोडा यांना टेक्नॉलॉजी मिशनवर नियुक्त केलं होतं हेही विसरून चालणार नाही. एकीकडे चिदंबरम हे संपूर्ण सरकारी कारभाराची आमूलाग्र पुनर्रचना करायला हवी असं म्हणतात, दुसरीकडे साधं ओळखपत्र बनवण्याची जबाबदारी पंतप्रधान खासगी क्षेत्रातल्या व्यक्तीला देतात याचा अर्थ देशाच्या पंतप्रधानांचा भारतीय प्रशासन व्यवस्था आणि शासकीय यंत्रणेवरचा विश्वास उडालेला तर नाही ना अशी शंका आणि प्रश्न सामान्य जनतेला पडल्याशिवाय राहणार नाही. कालच्या अर्थसंकल्पावरील चर्चेत भाग घेताना इन्फोसिसचे प्रमुख नारायण मूर्तीनी सरकारला असं सुचवलं आहे की, देशातल्या चांगल्या लोकांची एक उच्चस्तरीय समिती स्थापन करून त्यांना देशात राबविल्या जाणाऱ्या प्रत्येक मोठय़ा प्रकल्पाच्या अंमलबजावणीवर देखरेख करायला सांगितलं पाहिजे, नाही तर स्व. राजीव गांधींनी म्हटल्याप्रमाणे अशा प्रकल्पाचे पैसे मोठय़ा प्रमाणात मधल्या दलालांच्या हातातच पडतील! म्हणजे आज कोणाचाही देशाच्या प्रशासनावर विश्वास म्हणून उरलेला नाही हेच त्यांनाही सुचवायचं आहे का? एकाच वेळी आपण दोन मुख्य गोष्टींविरुद्ध लढतो आहोत, प्रशासकीय अकार्यक्षमता आणि भ्रष्टाचार. खरं तर भ्रष्टाचारापेक्षा अकार्यक्षमतेमुळे देशाचं जास्त नुकसान झालेलं आहे. कुठल्याही क्षेत्रात चुकीची माणसं महत्त्वाच्या जागी येणं हे मोठं दुर्भाग्य! आणि स्वकर्तृत्वापेक्षा नाक्यावरच्या कापडी पोस्टरच्या उंचीवर राजकीय नेत्यांच्या कर्तृत्वाची उंची ठरणं हे त्यापेक्षाही मोठं दुर्भाग्य!शासकीय व्यवस्थेत असलेला भ्रष्टाचाराचा कॅन्सर याविषयी लिहिण्याची ही जागा नाही, पण केवळ एकच उदाहरण पुरेसे होईल. सत्येंद्र दुबे हे इंजिनीयर, प्रकल्प संचालक- प्रश्नेजेक्ट डायरेक्टर म्हणून सुवर्ण चतुष्कोन योजनेवर काम करीत होते. त्या वेळेस हा खूप गाजावाजा झालेला, खुद्द पंतप्रधान वाजपेयींचा लाडका प्रश्नेजेक्ट होता. या योजनेतील भ्रष्टाचार उघड करणारे पत्र सत्येंद्र दुबेंनी थेट पंतप्रधानांना लिहिले. पण बिहारमधील यंत्रणेवर माफियांचा इतका कब्जा होता व ते इतके उन्मत्त होते की, त्यांनी सत्येंद्र दुबे यांचा निर्घृण खून केला. तेव्हा पन्नास, पन्नास हजार कोटींच्या योजनांमध्ये किती भ्रष्टाचार होईल, तो होऊ नये म्हणून काय काय करावे लागेल हे मुद्दे फार महत्त्वाचे आहेत व त्यासंबंधी जनजागृती होणं गरजेचं आहे.१९९१ नंतर आपल्या देशाने खूप प्रगती केलेली आहे व या प्रगतीच्या फळांवर देशाच्या प्रत्येक नागरिकाचा हक्क आहे. देशाची आर्थिक प्रगती झाली पण मोठय़ा प्रमाणात सामान्य माणसं ही दारिद्रय़रेषेच्या खालीच राहिली. समाजाच्या प्रत्येक घटकाला बरोबर घेऊन आपण प्रगती करू शकलो नाही हे कटू सत्य आहे. मागे वळून बघताना वाईट इतकंच वाटतं की, ६० र्वष इतका मोठा काळ निघून गेला पण आपण सामान्य जनतेला साधं पिण्याचं स्वच्छ पाणीसुद्धा अजून उपलब्ध करून देऊ शकलेलो नाही. विकास कामांवर होणाऱ्या कोटय़वधी रुपयांचा खर्च योग्य रीतीने झाला पाहिजे, असं जर सरकारबरोबर लोकांनाही वाटत असेल आणि खऱ्या अर्थाने भारत निर्माण करायचा असेल तर, अशा योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीत ‘पारदर्शकता’ आणायला आऊट ऑफ द बॉक्स विचार करावाच लागेल. त्याची सुरुवात करताना देशपातळीवरील कुठल्याही कामात सरकार आणि प्रशासनालाच पारदर्शकतेशिवाय पर्याय नाही हे ब्रीद अंगीकृत करावं लागेल. आणि मुख्य म्हणजे मंत्री आणि प्रशासनाला घेतलेल्या कुठल्याही निर्णयाची जबाबदारी स्वीकारायची मानसिकता तयार करायला पाहिजे.आज आपल्याकडे कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्रात नंदन निलकेणींसारखे आणखी पुष्कळ लोक आहेत व त्यांना देशसाठी काहीतरी करण्याची ऊर्मी आहे अशांना योग्य प्रकारे विविध योजनांमध्ये सहभागी करून घेता येईल. त्यांच्याकडे असलेल्या माहिती आणि तंत्रज्ञानाचा योग्य उपयोग करून मोठय़ा योजनांच्या संकल्पनेपासूनच पारदर्शकता आणता येईल. कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्राबरोबर आज देशात प्रत्येक जिल्हा पातळीवर मोठय़ा प्रमाणात विविध स्वयंसेवी संस्था कार्यरत आहेत, त्यांनासुद्धा अशा प्रकल्पामध्ये सहभागी करून घेता येईल. निदान त्यांनी स्वत: पुढाकार घेऊन माहितीच्या अधिकाराअंतर्गत सरकारी योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीची स्थानिक सरकारी अधिकाऱ्यांकडून पूर्ण माहिती मिळवून ती लोकांपुढे वेळोवेळी मांडायला पाहिजे. जिथे अशा संस्था नाहीत तिथे स्थानिक लोकांनी पुढाकार घेऊन अशा छोटय़ा छोटय़ा संस्था स्थापन करून सरकारी योजनांची माहिती व त्याची होणारी (अथवा न होणारी) अंमलबजावणी जरी लोकांपुढे आणली तरी अकार्यक्षमता आणि भ्रष्टाचार कमी होण्यास मदत मिळेल. आपण राहतो त्या गृहनिर्माण सोसायटय़ांतर्फे बरीच छोटी छोटी कामे करता येण्यासारखी आहेत. त्याचबरोबर तरुणांना विद्यापीठाच्या अभ्यासक्रमातून देशाच्या विविध योजनांवर प्रश्नाबरोबर स्पेशल प्रश्नेजेक्ट म्हणून किमान एक वर्ष जवळून काम करायला प्रश्नेत्साहन दिलं पाहिजे. त्यामुळे तरुणांना देशासाठी काम केल्याचंदेखील समाधान लाभेल व आपण चांगले नागरिक निर्माण करू शकू. त्यांच्या सहभागामुळे प्रशासनाला नव्या दमाचे कार्यकर्ते मिळतील. अमेरिकेसारख्या प्रगत देशातसुद्धा देशाच्या गरजेनुसार तरुणांना लष्करी सेवा सक्तीची केली जाते. मग आपल्या देशात तरुणांना मुलकी कामच एक वर्ष सक्तीचे करायला काय हरकत आहे? जर त्यांनी समर्पित भावनेने एक वर्ष काम केलं तर त्यातून जी वातावरणनिर्मिती होईल तीच खूप अनमोल असेल व आज जो बांधीलकीचा अभाव दिसतो, मी आणि माझे यापलीकडे कुणी विचार करीत नाही, त्यात थोडा तरी फरक पडेल. स्वातंत्र्यानंतर तरुणांना राष्ट्रउभारणीच्या कार्यात सहभागी करून घेणारं राजकीय नेतृत्व निर्माण झालं नाही. लोकांच्या पैशावर स्वत:चे वाढदिवस साजरे करणं म्हणजेच राष्ट्रकार्य असं सांगणारे राजकारणी मात्र गल्लोगल्ली निर्माण झाले. हीच तर देशाची खरी शोकांतिका आहे!मोठय़ा योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीवर लक्ष ठेवायचा आणखी एक चांगला मार्ग म्हणजे, आज देशात दोनशेच्या वर खासगी वृत्तवाहिन्या आहेत, वृत्तपत्रे आहेत, त्यांनी प्रत्येकी एक अशा प्रकारे सरकारी योजनेचा मर्यादित स्वरूपात जरी पाठपुरावा केला तरी पुष्कळ कामं होतील. मीडियाची ताकद मोठी आहे. त्याचा योग्य वापर केला तर खूप काही करता येण्यासारखं आहे. देशाच्या प्रत्येक कामासाठी राजकीय नेत्यांच्या तोंडाकडे आशाळभुताप्रमाणे बघणं समाजाने सोडलं पाहिजे. सरकारी योजना राबवण्याची जबाबदारी जशी सरकार आणि प्रशासनाची आहे, तशी ती नीटपणे पूर्ण होते की नाही हे बघणं प्रत्येक नागरिकाचं कर्तव्य आहे व जर अशा योजना योग्य रीतीने राबल्या जात नसतील तर त्यासंबंधीची माहिती मिळवून लोकांपुढे मांडणं आपलं कर्तव्य आहे.लोकशाही म्हणजे लोकांनी, लोकांकरिता चालवलेले, लोकांचे सरकार म्हटले जाते. पण पाच वर्षातून एकदा मत देण्यापलीकडे लोकांचा काहीही सहभाग नसतो आणि हे मतदान करणारेही फक्त पन्नास टक्केच असतात! भारत देश हा माझा देश आहे व खर्च होणारा प्रत्येक रुपया हा माझ्या खिशातून जाणार आहे ही कडवट भावना आपल्यात असायला पाहिजे. जर खरोखर लोकांचा अशा योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीत सक्रिय सहभाग राहिला तर आणि तरच भारत निर्माण घडू शकेल. रथचक्र उद्धारण्याची जबाबदारी आपल्या सगळ्यांचीच आहे?
